About this course
A photograph can do what a thousand words cannot: put the reader inside a moment and make them feel it. This classroom teaches the craft of news photography from the ground up: the visual instincts of a photojournalist, the camera skills that capture sharp and honest moments at events and breaking news, the captions and ethics that make images truthful, and the editing and filing routines that get photos to the newsroom on deadline.
