Career Growth: Promotions and Raises

About this course

Promotions and raises rarely come to people who stay silent. This course teaches you what managers look for when they decide who to promote and how to exceed those expectations. You will learn how to document your wins, have honest career conversations, and ask for stretch projects. You will also prepare a data backed raise request and handle the conversation with confidence, whatever the answer.
