Courier

About this course

Couriers and delivery drivers navigate the hardest routes in the city: dozens of stops, tight time windows, and constant changes. This course teaches the full courier toolkit, from planning a multi-stop route in a spreadsheet and Google Maps to using route optimization software, building a delivery operation, and managing routes in real time when the plan breaks. You will learn the same planning logic used by UPS, Amazon, and local courier fleets, and you can apply it the next time you plan any multi-stop trip.
